Friday the 13th
I hope everyone has a safe day today is Friday the 13th! I have a Dr appointment this morning I am kind of nervous (lol) now I go once a week to have my dilation checked. I have been having contractions for a week now. With my other 2 kiddos I never had contractions first I was induced with both of them. I am ready to get it over with!
LOVE/RELATIONSHIPS:
Be present when you are with people. Breath deeply
and listen not only with your ears but more
